We're a US-based performance affiliate marketing company. We're looking for a sharp media buyer based in Argentina to run paid campaigns at scale.

What you'll do:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads
• Manage five-figure monthly ad budgets across finance lead gen campaigns
• Optimize for downstream conversions (CPL, CPA, funded loans), not just clicks
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments daily
• Build and scale new traffic sources
• Report on performance weekly with clear insights on what's working and why

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in performance affiliate marketing specifically. Not brand marketing. Not social media management. Affiliate/lead gen.
