Voor de ABG organisatie is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Medewerker sociaal team voor 24 uur per week.
Bij de ABG-organisatie doe je betekenisvol werk in een kleurrijke, inspirerende en uitdagende omgeving. Je doet het voor de bewoners van niet minder dan drie gemeenten: Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. En jouw nieuwe baan staat helemaal in hun dienst. Wij zoeken namelijk een casusregisseur complexe casuïstiek.
