Job Title: Med Tech - Team Leader
Location: Charlotte, NC 28210
Shift: 3x12s, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (with every 3rd weekend)
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35/hour (Lead role)
Incentives: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (split at 90 days & 1 year) + $4,000 Relocation (paid within 45 days of hire)
Hours/Week: 40

This role is responsible for quality, efficiency, and safety across assigned technical duties while also offering leadership oversight.
