Job Description

1. TECHNICAL OPERATIONS:

• Identify and troubleshoot issues on motorcycle/electric bike units.
• Execute timely repairs and tune-ups endorsed by the Cashier.
• Maintain charged batteries for electric bikes.
• Safeguard mechanical tools and equipment.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provide efficient services to customers.
• Educate customers on safety and maintenance.
• Support sales inquiries and uphold company values.

3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

• Conduct Walk Around Checklist (W.A.C) on new and pre-owned units.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections before unit release.
• Rehabilitate repossessed units and branch service vehicles.
• Assist in sales events and display maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of units.
