Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all assigned Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults and carry out repairs. Inspect equipment to identify defects, wear, and potential failures. Repair and replace defective components, parts, and assemblies. Conduct routine servicing, lubrication, adjustments, and equipment calibration as required. Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe and operational condition. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and repair records. Perform functional testing after repairs to ensure equipment reliability. Coordinate with warehouse and operations personnel to schedule maintenance activities.
