Location: Market Drayton

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am – rotating days and nights)

Salary: £57,289 per annum + paid overtime at 1.5x

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanically Skilled Engineer to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a key position within a multi‑skilled engineering team, responsible for maintaining and improving the performance, reliability, and safety of high‑speed production equipment.

You will also be given Electrical training courses and qualifications to become a Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fast‑moving, complex manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC‑related faults
