**Job Description**

The Mechanical/Electrical Assembler installs mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies onto machine tools as part of a precision manufacturing process. This role reads and interprets assembly drawings and schematics, performs mechanical and electrical assembly, and ensures that machines meet quality and appearance standards before leaving the assembly area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install a wide range of mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies onto machine tools as part of the manufacturing process.
+ Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and schematics for new machines and components to determine correct assembly steps.
+ Verify that all parts and materials required for complete machine assembly are delivered to the assembly location before beginning work.
