• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on precast machinery (mixers, batching plants, vibration tables).
• Inspect and service hydraulic systems, conveyors, and lifting equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize downtime in production.
• Assist in installation and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs and ensure compliance with safety and factory standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to align maintenance schedules with casting cycles.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Maintenance.
• 2–5 years of experience in heavy machinery or precast/construction industry.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with factory regulations.
