**Olsten Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Technician** to support engineering efforts in product development, cost reduction, and troubleshooting field and quality issues. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Install, wire, maintain, and perform parts changes on mechanical systems
+ Support engineers with new product development and ongoing programs
+ Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality or field issues
+ Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
+ Follow detailed procedures and work instructions
+ Communicate effectively to help turn ideas into actionable plans
+ Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and others
