Mechanical Technician (Blowing)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance , including troubleshooting and machinery repair .
• Monitor equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, RCA, CAPA ).
• Maintain accurate documentation , reports , and system updates (e.g., CMMS ).
• Manage spare parts , tools , and inventory , including ordering and tracking .
• Ensure compliance with safety standards , GMP , 5S , and LOTO procedures .
• Support equipment installation , calibration , and commissioning .
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for maintenance activities.
• Assist in audits and participate in cross-functional and improvement projects .
