**Position Purpose**

+ This position coordinates daily staff work in the Mechanical Systems HVACR team, helps perform required HVAC maintenance repairs and also helps coordinate required regulatory inspections and repairs with outside service contractors.

**As a Mechanical Systems Foreman you will:**

+ Organize, schedule, and supervise the activities of the facility’s Refrigeration Mechanics and Maintenance Mechanics distributing and following up on all work orders reviewing for completeness, correctness and neatness.
+ Provide training to employees with emphasis on mechanical, HVAC, DDC and computer systems contacts performance evaluations in conjunction with the Assistant Director.
