Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor We are actively seeking a Mechanical Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mill processing equipment. The supervisor provides day‑to‑day oversight of trades personnel, manages both planned and unplanned maintenance, and ensures all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, maintenance strategies, and production priorities.

This position is based at the Côté Gold Mine Site and operates on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance resources to support safe, reliable, and efficient mill operations.

Act as a visible and courageous safety leader, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Supervise, mentor, and develop mechanical trades personnel through clear expectations, coaching, and performance feedback.
