Mechanical services engineer up to r60 000 ctc

Job Responsibilities To maintain the plant and ensure that uptime is at a required standard Control Maintenance costs according to the budget Purchasing of Spares and Equipment Manage projects Liaison with suppliers Implementation of all Safety aspects within the Plant Investigate and make recommendations with regard to improved performance of plant and machinery Must be strong on decision making and problem solving, finding ways to improve efficiency of an operation Manage artisans with regards to performance, discipline, etc. Training and development of staff Stand in for the Plant Engineer in his absence when required Dealing with all Engineering aspects within the department, e.g. planned, preventative, breakdown maintenance and stock levels of spare parts.
