Job Summary

MEMCO is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Senior Service Technician to help build and lead our Commercial and Industrial HVAC Service Department. This is a working development role—the Senior Service Technician will be the primary field technician while training and developing new technicians. and helping establish service systems and processes.

This position is ideal for a senior commercial HVAC technician ready to step into leadership without leaving the field.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Service Work

• Perform advanced commercial and industrial HVAC troubleshooting and repairs

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues

• Lead complex service calls and system evaluations

• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and performance standards

Leadership & Training

• Train, mentor, and support HVAC apprentices
