Are you on the job market looking for a new challenge with different exposure? My client is looking to employ a Mechanical Resident Engineering with extensive open cast mining experience. The post will be based in the Northern Cape. The ideal candidate will direct and co-ordinate the provision of Engineering services to the mining operation to ensure maximum operational availability.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•B.Eng./BSc. (Eng.) Mechanical Degree

•Government Certificate of Competency Mechanical

•MBA/MBL

•Professional registration with ECSA

•10 years’ experience in Mining Engineering

•5 years’ experience in a managerial role

•7 years in mining and at least

•10 years’ open cast mining experience
