Extensive hands-on experience in root cause analysis (RCA), chronic failure elimination, wear analysis, maintainability, shutdowns, and operational reliability improvement. Experience in crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors, chutes, screens, liners, alloys, coatings, and rotating equipment. Background in operations and maintenance improvement projects.
