The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and tender submissions for commercial and industrial mechanical and refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, mechanical services, piping, and associated building services.
