We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join King & Moffatt Building Services and take ownership of mechanical project delivery from pre‑construction to handover.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive program delivery, commercial performance, quality and client relationships across complex M&E projects.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Managing mechanical project delivery from pre-construction to handover through to completion
• Managing project budgets, cost control and commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
