Job Description
Lead the mechanical production team at Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, ON, during the afternoon shift. This role focuses on project leadership, staff development, and ensuring operational excellence.
As a Mechanical Production Project Lead, you will report to the Mechanical Production Supervisors, guiding and coordinating staff while overseeing the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities include developing manufacturing policies and ensuring projects meet budgetary and deadline constraints. You will promote Eclipse’s values while working to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide staff on manufacturing standards and practices
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Foster relationships with vendors and customers
• Enforce policies for continuous improvement
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication for timely deliveries
