Position Title: Mechanical Pipe Foreman - Water/Wastewater

Position Summary

Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Pipe Foreman - Water/Wastewater to support heavy civil construction work on the Black River WWTP project in the Dunn, NC area. This role is designed for an experienced field foreman with hands-on expertise in water/wastewater projects, mechanical piping, underground pipe installation, storm and sanitary systems, drainage systems, and water mains. The ideal candidate can lead crews in the field, read and understand plans and specifications, coordinate with equipment operators, maintain job-site safety, and keep production aligned with project schedules. This position may involve travel based on project needs.
