Job Description 
Pressure Die Casting Machine Mechanical Maintenance Technician   ensures optimal performance and minimizes downtime for High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines through scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hydraulics/mechanics, and rapid breakdown repairs. They maintain critical systems like pumps, solenoids. 
 
Requirements Preventive Maintenance Perform daily, weekly, and monthly PM on die-casting machines and auxiliary equipment (ladles, sprayers, extractors) to prevent breakdowns.  
 
Diagnose, disassemble, and repair mechanical and hydraulic components (pumps, cylinders, valves) of PDC machines.  
 
Breakdown Maintenance Act quickly on machine failures to minimize production downtime.  
 
Strong knowledge of hydraulics (pumps, cylinders, solenoids), pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
