You will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, controlling maintenance costs, and supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a unionized maintenance team and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, holding team members accountable to established standards
• Coordinate and execute preventive and routine maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and planning teams
