Job Description
A well-established and leading manufacturing company based in the Scarborough area are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join the business. In this position, you will be part of an autonomous and proactive engineering team.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance of site machinery, equipment, and systems to minimise downtime, optimise performance and maximise safety
Support the maintenance manager and ensure that good 5S standards are maintained in all maintenance activities
Maintain site facilities and daily completion of the Engineering work log and using CMMS
Ensure work orders are completed to a high standard within the required time scale
Carry out PPM work in accordance to the monthly schedule
Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice
Work within all Technical, Health and Safety and Hygiene procedures at all times
