1. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment rigging .
2. Clear understanding of limits, fits, and tolerances .
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings .
4. In-depth knowledge of lifting tools and tackles .
5. Basic knowledge of maintenance and assembly of gearboxes, bearings, and couplings .
6. Hands-on experience in alignment of rotary equipment (shaft, motor, pump, gearbox, etc.).
