What You Will Do

* Ensures the availability of technical documentation.

* Review corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

* Apply DDS (continuous improvement cycle) and root cause analysis, as well as other problem-solving tools to reduce chronic losses in your Business Unit and generate new standards that feed the systems.

* Coordinates mechanical support team activities for restoration requirements on production lines as well as the repair of spare parts equipment.

* It is responsible for analyzing losses in its Business Unit due to chronic mechanical failures.

* Monitor and optimize the maintenance budget by prioritizing preventive and predictive maintenance within your Business Unit.

* Participates in FMEA analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), JSP (Job Safety Procedure), RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
