The Mechanical Lead serves within the Center of Excellence for Engineering under the Design and Construction group. This role ispivotal in leading engineering support for data center design, construction, and operational readiness. The position ensures the seamless integration of
engineering excellence in new builds, expansions, and ongoing development projects. It also drives innovation and compliance with STT GDC standards,
ensuring that engineering strategies support long-term reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
Professional Background and Experience
● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on critical infrastructure and data center
environments.
● At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in critical facilities engineering, preferably with exposure to design, construction, and operational
transition in data centers.
