Exercise your skills as a Mechanical Inventory Management Specialist dedicated to product availability and process efficiency. You will report to the Mechanical Foreman in this vital role.
The position focuses on managing inventory control and procurement practices in the construction field. Your main tasks include processing purchase orders with MIR-RT software, managing supplier orders, and maintaining accurate product lists. Collaboration with team members will be critical to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of the inventory system
• Process and verify all purchase orders
• Supply necessary parts to the mechanics
• Supervise team members including couriers
• Manage receiving and storing of merchandise
Requirements:
• DEC or AEC in procurement or purchasing preferred
• 2 years' experience in a procurement role
• Experience with MIR-RT system is advantageous
