Job Description
Supervise and assist the mechanical team with the service of equipment when in the yard facility and prepare each for re deployment.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mechanical workshop in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Prioritise, plan, prepare for maintenance and repair of equipment including coordinating purchase of parts/.plan and prioritise equipment maintenance and repairs, including parts procurement
Mentor, guide and supervise mechanical team, during day-to-day duties/ requirements of their role. /or supervise and mentor mechanical team in their daily duties
Oversee and assist with the performance of maintenance on all equipment according to Equipment Maintenance System.
Liase with Equipment owners (Operations) on maintenance scopes or work /schedules / priority / costs etc.
Assembly of new equipment and components.
