Mechanical foreman - urgently needed

An opportunity for an experienced MECHANICAL FOREMAN is required to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams in a high-output industrial plant. Limited Duration Contract employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise mechanical teams across presses, dryers, boilers, conveyors Maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, feed systems and rotating equipment Lead, plan and track maintenance tasks and outages Implement reliability strategies and continuous improvement Coach technicians and enforce safety, standards and protocols Coordinate shutdown planning and execution EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Mechanical trade qualification (Millwright / Fitter) (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent Supervisory experience in heavy industry 5+ years industrial plant mechanical experience / Industrial Installation L.
