Mechanical Foreman - Urgently needed

An opportunity for an experienced MECHANICAL FOREMAN is required to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams in a high-output industrial plant. Limited Duration Contract employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise mechanical teams across presses, dryers, boilers, conveyors
• Maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, feed systems and rotating equipment
• Lead, plan and track maintenance tasks and outages
• Implement reliability strategies and continuous improvement
• Coach technicians and enforce safety, standards and protocols
• Coordinate shutdown planning and execution

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Mechanical trade qualification (Millwright / Fitter) (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent
• Supervisory experience in heavy industry
• 5+ years industrial plant mechanical experience / Industrial Installation L.D....
