About the Role: We're looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join a field service crew working on pump installation and repair across Central Coast water treatment sites. This is physical, hands-on field work — we want tradespeople who don't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting through the job. It's a genuine pathway to permanent employment with the client.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installation, removal and repair of pumps, motors and associated mechanical equipment (valves, actuators, gearboxes) across water treatment sites
- Precision alignment, bearing and mechanical seal replacement
