An established and highly regarded M&E and Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced FM Estimator to join its commercial and bid team. With a strong focus on public sector delivery, particularly within healthcare and education, the business is committed to driving growth through competitive tendering and high-quality solution development.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for developing accurate, commercially viable pricing solutions that support the successful win of new contracts, typically ranging from £250k to £2m per annum .
