Job Description
Mechanical Estimator required for our client, a specialist Building Services Company based in the West Midlands who specialise in the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems and renovation of existing systems, in commercial sites, with project ranging from £1k up to £1m+.
Mechanical Estimator Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Car allowance - £6,000 per annum
Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (half day Fridays)
Ongoing training and progression

32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
The Mechanical Estimator will be working involved in preparing and presenting tenders to specifications and drawings. Specifically, the estimator will carry out the estimation of systems such as heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and ductwork.
