We’re growing our Estimating team and seeking Mechanical, Electrical (MEP), and Cost Estimators to support large capital construction projects. In this role, you’ll develop accurate cost estimates, collaborate with project teams, and help drive efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare detailed cost estimates from blueprints and design documents, including quantity takeoffs

+ Gather and analyze pricing from vendors, contractors, and cost databases

+ Develop unit pricing and input takeoff data into estimating systems

+ Partner with engineers and project teams to define scope and improve estimate accuracy

+ Maintain organized project files, drawings, and specifications

+ Support benchmarking, pricing research, and cost data library updates
