We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Construction Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical systems. Your scope will cover HVAC, plumbing, and heating projects ranging from $1M to $15M+.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of mechanical building codes, and a proven track record of contributing to profitable commercial contracts. You are a self-starter who learns quickly, stays motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take-offs & Quantities: Perform comprehensive digital take-offs for HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and piping systems using industry software
• Cost Estimation: Calculate detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
