Mechanical Engineering Technician

Job Description: Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics Enforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs Resolve all operational issues and report rectification to management Prepare and attend safety and operations meetings and reviews Maintain refrigerated containers by managing the status and temperature, fault-finding and troubleshooting, conducting necessary investigation Ensure performance levels are in accordance with technical specifications Supervise, coach and train new workers Explore performance improvement opportunities
