Gathering maintenance requirement and developing a requirement verification system to ensure the scope of works are entirely addressed.Establishing the complete scope of works and documentation for outsourced maintenance bidding.Verifying/clarifying proposals from bidders to ensure the scope of works are correct and comparable.Establishing and maintaining a List of Service Agreements and Purchase Orders, and ensuring information is always accurate and up-to-date.Executing maintenance service contracts and purchase orders and Providing maintenance information upon request or assignment.
