Position Overview
As the Mechanical Engineering Manager at EDDY Pump Tijuana, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of innovative pumping equipment using Solidworks. You will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, ensuring adherence to design standards, and optimizing mechanical designs for performance and manufacturability. Experience with GD&T is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design, analysis, and optimization of pumping equipment using Solidworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development from concept to production.
