Job Description:

  • This position will be the lead individual responsible for all CARE mechanical conveyor discussions.

  • This individual must be proficient in D acad. They will lead all assembly, paint and body shop activities.


    • Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
  • The majority of this individuals' time will be spent in the Detroit area, long stretches will be onsite in Belvidere, IL and Toledo, OH at the plant work site

  • This individual must have a thorough understanding of all types of conveyor systems, Power & Free, overhead, inverted, EMS, Roller, Friction drive, skillet, pallet systems, air-b-drip, etc.

  • Lead all conveyors related discussions and issue tracking.

  • In-depth understandings shall include; cording studies, chain pulls, drive studies, vertical curve studies, cycle time studies.

  • Reviewing and approving contractor design drawings.
