Mechanical Engineering Analyst, MEP

**Overview**

Kimley-Horn's is seeking a Mechanical Engineer-In-Training with 2+ years of experience to join the Orlando, Florida (FL) office's MEP team!

**Responsibilities**

+ Support the design of HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial, hospitality, municipal, and federal projects
+ Perform HVAC load calculations, ventilation analysis, and assist with system sizing and selection
+ Develop Revit/BIM models and construction documents, including ductwork and piping layouts
+ Assist in preparation of technical specifications and energy compliance documentation (e.g., COMcheck)
+ Coordinate with internal disciplines and support collaboration with architects, contractors, and project teams
+ Conduct field investigations and site visits to document existing conditions and support design development
+ Assist with construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews and responding to RFIs
