Mechanical Engineer - Transmission Housing

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our fast-growing development team responsible for hybrid powertrains. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and development of transmission housings, ensuring they meet functional and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Component Owner for the housings of electric propulsion systems.
• Establish housing designs that meet both functional requirements and HPDC (High-Pressure Die Casting) technology specifications.
• Develop components while ensuring proper interfaces with other subsystems and vehicle components.
• Coordinate the creation of 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, including relevant specifications such as porosity and cleanliness.
• Manage scheduling and follow-up on cross-functional engineering activities and tasks.
