Mechanical Engineer (Tooling)

As an Advanced Engineer within the Advanced Solutions Mechanical (Tooling) Organization, this position is responsible for the development and management of tooling solutions, ensuring smooth and precise handling of materials during the semiconductor bonding process. Overview: Design and qualify application tooling for high‑precision semiconductor assembly equipment to meet customer performance and requirement targets. Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement of tooling designs and manufacturing methods. Coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to optimize cost and lead time, ensuring on‑time delivery to customers.
Responsibilities: Independently manage assigned tooling requests to completion escalate issue interfering with completion.
