About the Role

NOV is seeking a Site Mechanical Engineer to support onshore pre‑commissioning activities in Stord, Norway, followed by offshore commissioning work on the same process units. This role is designed to ensure technical continuity, knowledge retention, and safe, efficient execution across both project phases.

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated NOV site team, working on rotation with full back‑office engineering and project support. Continuity across the onshore and offshore phases is essential to maintain technical ownership and deliver consistent, high‑quality commissioning outcomes.

Location

Onshore: Stord, Norway (Pre‑Commissioning)

Offshore: Norway (Commissioning on the same units)

Rotation

Onshore (Stord): 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Offshore (Norway): 2 weeks on / 4 weeks off
