Plans, designs and implements mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic systems and productsDesigns products and systems such as winches, winch systems, winch accessories, truck mounted equipment, hydraulic systems, electric winch systems, and integrated control solutions Designs products and systems using common machine design elements, hydraulics, brakes, clutches, gear design, castings, fabrications, machined parts, electric motors, motor controls, and automation systems Creates and modifies 3-D CAD models, drawings and Bills of Material for mechanical and mechatronic systems Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry standards, customer requirements, and electrical safety codes Computes magnitude, direct and point of application of tension, compression and bending forces and develops geometric shape...
