Duties and Responsibilities:

• a. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Department. Manages timely and proper distribution of correspondence;
• b. Encode data to the departments official data base/report as per Managements instruction;
• c. Receives all request and coordinates them accordingly;
• d. Collects all minutes of meeting if applicable;
• e. Maintains an updated registry of all company records and documents (Asset Dept) in their assigned department;
