Responsibilities

+ Lead mechanical design and development of helmets, hard parts, and related accessories from concept to production.

+ Develop detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies to clearly communicate product function, design intent, and manufacturability.

+ Ensure designs support high-quality, cost-effective production across various manufacturing processes.

+ Build and test prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, thermoforming, silicone molding, resin casting, and other shop tools to evaluate performance and feasibility.
