Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Type: 12 month Contract
Compensation: $94.00 - $96.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite


System One is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer on a 12 month contract located in Minneapolis, MN.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

+ Mechanical Engineering for natural gas/thermal generation projects

+ Power plant design

+ Construction support

+ Engineering oversight

+ Weekly travel to plant sites may be required


Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

+ 8-10 years experience

+ Power plant design/construction, owner/operator, or EPC firm

+ Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer

+ PE preferred

+ Power generation experience preferred (combustion turbine plants)

+ Familiarity with construction environments
