The Senior Mechanical Switchgear Engineer leads the mechanical design of custom low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear, from concept through fabrication. This role combines deep 3D CAD expertise with hands-on leadership, guiding a team of engineers and designers while collaborating closely with electrical, manufacturing, and project teams. The position offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to move into a formal leadership or manager role within 2–3 years, and provides exposure to a fast-growing business with substantial data center and other industrial projects.
