We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvements, equipment troubleshooting, and capital project execution. This hands-on role works closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting automated assembly systems and manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities

+ Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production efficiency.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues related to automated assembly equipment.

+ Support CAPEX projects, including equipment selection, implementation, and startup.

+ Create and update engineering documentation, drawings, and models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

+ Provide technical support on the production floor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
