Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical MEP Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in HVAC design to support commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects. This role will focus on designing and coordinating mechanical systems from concept through construction, ensuring code compliance, efficiency, and constructability.

Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and hydronic systems
• Prepare construction documents and specifications using Revit
• Perform energy code compliance and ventilation calculations
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
• Participate in client meetings and respond to contractor RFIs
• Support construction administration and occasional site visits
